General Contracting
As a general contractor, LEGO Construction is responsible for managing and building new construction as well as repairing and restoring maintenance projects for commercial and government clients. General contractors ensure that the architecture/engineering firm’s vision is completed as designed.
LEGO Construction also serves as the overall project supervisor and ensures that subcontractors (such as plumbing, heating and air conditioning, 绘画, 屋面, and other specialties) perform services as described and agreed upon—on time and on budget. When performing as a general contractor, LEGO Construction provides a proposal for construction services upon 100% completion of design drawings.

Construction Management
Under the Construction Management project delivery method, LEGO Construction acts as your representative to manage the construction process. As an extension of your staff, we assemble and competitively bid packages to subcontractors, and then manage project construction. With this method, LEGO Construction can collaborate with the owner early during the 计划ning and design phases, which facilitates faster project delivery and provides greater cost certainty.
As a project delivery method, Construction Management offers greater flexibility for a variety of contract types and fee structures, including guaranteed maximum price, percentage fee, and firm fixed price. Our team will apply our knowledge of construction costs, 时间表, and market trends to help ensure your project is executed within budget while adding value.

In a design-build project, a single entity performs both architectural/engineering design and construction services. This delivery method is best suited for projects with accelerated timelines and is known for reducing bidding time as well as revealing potential construction issues sooner. To maximize scheduling opportunities, we recommend that owners entering into a design-build agreement have a well-defined scope and concept prior to selecting their design-build team.
Our team will perform an in-depth review of all project requirements as well as understand other project motivators, such as an expedited project 时间表.
